Stacy's Excavating ("we") runs an internal scheduling application used only by Stacy's Excavating staff to track builder work requests, crew schedules, job paperwork and billing. It is not offered to the public.
With the account owner's authorization, the application connects through Google's APIs to Stacy's Excavating's own scheduling Gmail account. It reads incoming messages to find work requests and related paperwork from builders; it prepares draft emails (such as daily crew schedules) that a staff member reviews; it sends an email only when a staff member has reviewed it and chosen to send it; and it files marketing mail into a label in the same mailbox. It never deletes mail and never sends email on its own.
Information from the mailbox is used only to run Stacy's Excavating's scheduling, job tracking and billing. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone except the service providers that host and operate the application (database and hosting providers). The text of a message may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic) solely to pick out job details such as the builder, community, lot numbers and requested work; it is not used to train AI models.
Stacy's Excavating's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Job records are kept as Stacy's Excavating's business records. To ask about or request deletion of information, email admin@stacyexcavating.com. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's third-party access settings.
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
